First of all how do you know that the person beside you who is not as you describe...is not a lesbian? How do you come to know so much about people's private lives and why do you care?
Why do you choose to insult people? Why are you homophobic? Why do you make generalizations? Why don't you have the courage to ask them your insulting question?
If you are female you will know that countless women have been abused by men. There is safety in not looking like a girlie girl.

I am gay myself, but I have never really understood the overly masculine lesbians or overly feminine gay guys (and especially gay guys who date drag queens). I am attracted to guys...that's what makes me gay. I don't want to be whith a guy that acts or looks like a girl. However, just because I don't understand it doesn't make it wrong for others. I can't get into other peoples minds and tell what makes them tick, so really, I don't have an answer for you. Some lesbians are just that way.

Dykes are the most visible lesbians. The majority of lesbians look like straight women so you don't see them therefore the bulldaggers give you a skewed view of what lesbians look like.

I have friend who are queer , and there is one that acts just like a man, and one who is a normal looking woman. I think the term is Butch for the women who look and act like a man. The Butch woman has never been with a man, but her gf was married and has a boy. They are always talking about sex when they get drunk, so I get grossed out and leave.

Don't know where you live buddy, but its a very small percentage of women that look like men. I am a lesbian and I take good care of myself and love looking like a women.

There are lesbians that look like any other women, but there are a bunch that act like men dress like them, those are what people call,butch lesbians, or Bull dikes.

im not like that i weight 115 and im 5'6 tall and like to dress in womens clothes cause im a woman and i like being one but im a lesbian 2 cause their are 2 types of lesbians 1=lipstick lesbian 2=butch the butch is the one that dress like a guy im a lipstick lesbian cause i dress like a girl people when they first see me they think im straight its funny but i would never get with a butch lesbian cause they look like guys im a lesbian cause i like girls so i would go for a lipstick lesbian

Those are the ones who turned gay because they couldn't find a man who would give them any love or respect because they didn't fit in to the media's narrow definition of beauty. Pity them, and leave them alone.

It's not that their trying to be fat men look alikes some are just comfortable in loose clothing, don't judge them just because of what they look like their just secure with themselves.
