Yes, he is. Bush is a multi millionaire. The tax cuts and the huge conglomerates will still have their riches when the Bush Administration is gone. When we are bankrupt, there will be drastic cuts in services and entitlements for the entire country, including SSS , public health, education and the infrastructure will go to hell so that eventually they can tax the middle class to repair it and award themselves the contracts to do it! Just as they have in Iraq.
it is a pretty fair prediction to say that the middle class will be non existent in 10 years and the poor will in the depths of poverty.

No, there is just record spending mainly due to the Iraq war and all the other obligations we have. It's typical defense style spending which drives a deficit up. Bush likes to keep as little money in the gov'ts hands which is good but the spending is too much. If the gov't would stop arming every employee with a blackberry many of them with cars some of us can't afford and go to wal-mart instead of buying staplers @ $20 then we probably woulnd't have a deficit. They could hire efficiency consultants @ $40million and save a trillion. They also let government contracters suck them dry.

I admit that I am not an economist. Most of the economists I can think of nowdays are wizards. It might be possible to find an honest economics course somewhere, but I am not sure how much searching someone would have to do in order to find it. Educational institutions seem to like to pit socialists against capitalists and watch them go to war with one another. What a vile cause, when both sectors have their share of "stonecutters"!
Enough food exists to feed the world. Look at all the food that gets thrown out in hospitals, nursing homes and day care centres.

It doesn't matter who controls the government. Look to who is controlling the economy ie the Federal Reserve (A private central bank. There is nothing federal about it.).
