HERE IS THE early chronology:
1- at 08:10 on Wed 12th July, Hezbulla fighters captured two Israeli soldiers, so as to recover the Lebenese civilians who were kidnapped by Israel some years ago.

2- at 09:45 same day, the Israeli jets bombarded the southern quarter of Beirut (the capital)..killing more than 30 civilians in one shot.

3- Later the same day, Israeli jetfighters bombarded almost 30 Lebanese villages and towns.

4- next day: Hezbulla warned Israel that if it continues to bombard the civilians and the capital, Hezbulla will start firing rockets at Israeli northern towns. ISRAEL DID NOT CARE .. and continued.

5- 3rd day: about 300 Hezbulla rockets hit the northern settlements (mainly populated by retired soldiers).

6- AND so went the war..till the 19th day, Israel started to intentionally commit massacres: town of Qana(Lebanon)..hit by an American smart bomb..fired by an American-made jet .. murdering 57 civilians (35 infants)who were hiding in the basement.

I think that the Americans need to boom their military industry. Seems to me that at least 30 days of aggression against the Lebanese civilians will definetly suffice to revamp the US this industry. Though for blood of children.

You forgot the part about how Hezbollah tends to randomly fire rockets into Israel since quite a while before the kidnapped Israeli soldiers. You also forgot the part about Hezbollah claiming that Israel has no right to exist and wanting Israel's destruction. Oh yeah, and there's the part where Hezbollah has been firing rockets from highly populated areas to draw Israeli fire and inflict maximum civilian casualties. Casualties caused by the use of human shields are counted to those who provoke those casualties, not those who do the killing. Hezbollah is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of its own citizens. Why don't YOU help stop Hezbollah from murdering Lebanese and Israeli children?

America and Israel's Government have both gone too far.
By playing with the media, israel has made it seem like its the poor victim, but in fact, it has commit countless crimes agaisnt humanity. Do you know that they use phosphoric bombs in lebanon? they killed UN peacekeeprs because the latter may tell the world about the inhumane actions Israel commited in south of Lebanon.
No, no chosen people of God can act as such, Israel has gone too far and somehting has to be done to stop its madness.
they warn civilians to flee the areas that are going to be bombed and look good on the media, but behind the backs of the world, they bomb all roads and bridges, and so civilians are caught up, and worst of all, Israelis jets fire rocket on any car moving. How can this be called humanity? they imprisoned civilians in the towns and are mercilessly firing bombs on them. the people are at home, waiting to be killed. How would you americans like to feel this way? the blind support for a terorrist state like Israel has to stop. ISrael and the US gvt have to pay high the proce for their crimes. I wish i could have bush and olmert next to me now, i'd give them a lesson they would never forget. They criticize terrorists but forge that they are worst them all terrorists combined.

I love people who post diatribes which have no historical context. Their memroy begins on the first day new hositilies, never considering that which came before. While people can always argue that Israel's response to any military situation is harsh, I would submit that it is a well known fact in the Middle East that if you engage Israel in a hostile manner their response will always be harsh. People constantly jump on the bandwagon to condemn Israel, but the same people are quiet as church mice when suicide bombers are killing Israelis in the streets. They are quick to condemn Israel for killing civillians, but never a word of condolence or understanding for Israeli civillians killed. Lebanon is innocent even though their government's inactivity regarding disarming Hezbollah is largely to blame for the current conflict, but Israeli civillians are not innocent because they are Jews. This hypocrisy never seems to phase them, but they are quick to try and point out what they perceive as the hypocrisy of others. I for one stand proudly with Israel, and I will continue to do so until people stop denying Israel's right to exist, and their right to defend themselves. I really don't care if people agree with me or not, being on the right side of a cause does not require agreement from others, just the inner conviction and courage to believe in what is right. Believing that people have the right to exist free from tyranny and terrorism is right.

1. Why don't you help stop the Hezbollah from murdering thousands with their Iranian rockets, that are shipped thru Syria?

2. Why don't you tell Hezbollah to stop committing atrocities against Israel, and then hiding behind innocent Lebanese?

It is Hezbollah that has continually been at war with Israel and that instigated this and every other skirmish. The fact that they are shocked at the severity of Israel's response only means to me that they miscalculated.

"5- 3rd day: about 300 Hezbulla rockets hit the northern settlements (mainly populated by retired soldiers)."

okay, so stop pretending like the TERRORIST group you're supporting isn't killing people.

secondly, every ******* town in israel is populated by retired soliders since they have MANDATORY military service. stupid.

in sum: israel is wrong for killing people and hezbollah is wrong for starting the whole damn thing.

Isreal isn't doing anything wrong.
The lebanons are the ones who take cover in enemy hospitals because they know their enemies won't attack them there. They are the ones who provoked Isreal and now they get what they deserve.
Isreal is smart, they have bomb shelters, that's why their civilians aren't dying. Isreal is just trying to attack Lebanon's missiles and bases but their civilians are idiots and thats why they die

thats one side of the story .
WE all know there is another side that opposes the order in which you have described .
IT starts in the 1880's with a militant jewish group that today continues to battle it neighbors for the creation of the 12 tribes mentioned in the holy book of man .
SEE we all know GOD created adam and eve and all the decendents of them today .THOSE who kept the word of GOD are the jew's and of course we all know that the bible is the word of GOD and ISRAEL must have what GOD has promised .THE LAND of judah and his tribes all must be united again .

SO LETS go with this rediculous story and give it to them .WHO gives a damn its only some silly holy land that man created to scare the boogy man away .
we BUILD a wall all the way around the tribes and leave them alone and let GOD care for them .
WHEN they beg for help tell them ask your GOD .
AND IN 50 years they will all die without our help .
SO sad to bad sorry about there GOD not saving them .
EACH people is entitled to believe what they want so lets give it to them .
