Depends on why I'm waitin. If he's with someone else, then no. But if he's in jail or away on work, then maybe.

Not forever no. Because if they truly loved you as well then they would do what ever needed to be done to be with you as well. They wouldn't make you wait forever because that basically says they don't want to be with you.
Why would you choose to be lonely for someone that doesn't love you enough to be with you?

Depends on why you are witing...are they with someone else? dump 'em. you are missing all the fun they are having and there is no guarentee they will come back.
ARe they doing something noble? (like military) then you wait, if they love you too. If they have not expresses a commitment to you and you have not told them you will wiat for them then you have no obligation to wait, and again, you are wasting your own life sitting around...you will end up old, wrinkled, fat, sitting on the front porch knitting while hollering at neighborhood kids to get the hell off your lawn....
Not a pretty picture. Decide why you are waiting, why they are away, weigh the two and then you can decide if your love is worth the wait. Sometimes it is, sometimes you get nothing for your investment.

True love is a really special thing (the Hindu definition of "soul mate" comes to mind). However time is a factor within a given lifetime. As romantic as it sounds to "wait forever" the general difficulties of meeting other people over time and possibly falling in love with someone else is a factor to consider. Love is a fantastic and unfathomable thing and I know what a "soul mate" is now. I just wonder if everyone would wait long enough to find out. Maybe the two of you might meet in another lifetime. Who knows?

Yes, I would. True love is unmistakable and it doesn't happen very often. Most people only get one chance. Circumstances are sometimes very difficult to wait through but time will tell all. Be true to your heart and don't settle for less when it comes to love. Be strong.

Why are you waiting? If that person is TRULY the one you love where are they at? It takes two to tango.

But I'm divorced and still waiting. So I have NO real room to talk.

It depends...is he also in love with you and if you can see posiblilities that he will come to you. I mean, there is no point waiting for someone who doesn't love you and will never come to you. You have to be practical. Afterall, there are many fishes in the ocean..you will never know if the right guy is just around the corner.

depends. how old are you? because that all depends on your age. if youre a teen, waiting for someone forever is basically gonna ground you for the rest of your life. all i can say is, love is love, it is a great thing, dont get caught up on all those movie/prime time vision of love.

No. I'd move on with my life and if it it truly was meant to be, I know that our paths will eventually cross again. It happens all the time with true loves!

not unless its your spouse and they seem to be missing or something. If your just dating or wishing to date, GET OVER IT!!! Love changes as you learn more about what love is.

No X girlfriend of mine do I ever regret dating, even the crazy one, cause she taught me what I dont want in life. If I didnt date her I wouldnt of been able to determine exactly what I wanted, and thus wouldn't have married the perfect woman.

However, when I first started dating the crazy one, I thought I was in love cause thats what I knew love to be at the time. Get it????
