Your cousin abused you. You need to confront her, possibly in front of your family. Don't let someone elses cruelty ruin your life. Professional help may be necessary. Don't be ashamed. I worked with teens who let stuff like this go on for years, please don't put this off. You need closure.

It is understandable that you'd feel isolated and betrayed by your family. It's important to remind yourself that what happend was not your fault and as such you should stop self destructive behaviour such as locking yourself in your room and beating yourself. Not only it doesn't help your situation it aggravates it by making you feel more miserable and alone. Find people you can trust and share your story with them. It is important in these cases to find someone who will be on your side and who can help you confront your family about what happend. Life and especially people can be unfair sometimes, it's unfortunate you had to learn this the hard way but now you must have confidence in yourself and move on without letting anyone try and bring you down

Unfortunately she probably was just in the moment. Wanted to get off, but she threw you under the bus when she got caught. I would talk to her about it. Tell her she needs to clear the air, or you will. Stand up for yourself.

If you don't want to do that, get revenge, and humiliate her some how. Let her know how it feels. If you do this, make damn sure the humiliation is legal.

confront the whole family about it and tell what really happened, this is the only way you will ever start to heal. There are web sites out there for someone who has been sexually abused and that includes you so tell someone and seek help your live will be better after this is done.
