Thanks everyone. Do you use any products too which help to fake a good complexion? I love trying out new creams etc

Microdermabrasion has really helped me. I'm not talking expensive heavy-duty salon treatments, L'Oreal has a product called Re-Finish that comes in a set of 2 tubes. The set costs about £10. The one tube contains a cream with microbeads that you massage onto your face and basically, it takes off the dead skin and gives you a very radiant look. Personally, it has helped to clear up spots and blemishes too. The second tube contains a moisturiser that you use afterwards, once you have washed up. For me, this has been a wonder. Thank you L'Oreal!

Dear MMM, just eat good food: now when i say good food i mean a balance diet. Eat much fruits at least once a day or one in the morning and at night too. Drink a lot of water and exercise your body often to get reed of waste product in your system.
Now, don't forget to take your bath morning and night with mild lotion to go with it then your complexion is gonna be a good as new.
PS:Now, remember to eat more of fruits to fast food and junk foods and add vegetable if you could okay?
I do sincerely hope it work for you and good luck to you dear.

Eating food with vitamin E in it like cashews is REALLY good for making your skin shiny and healthy without being too oily. Also, water helps. I use this white eyeshadow on my cheekbones and brow bones to make them look more prominent and it gives your skin a pretty glow. Morning Burst face wash is good to. hope that helps.

Drink water. eat and drink healthily, a load of alchol isn't going to help your skin. Cleanse, tone and moisturise. Avoid things that damage your skin e.g smoking, sunbeds.
