Life could be better! Go out & make it so .....for sombody else!!
Do some thing nice for somebody else & you would be surprised at how much better it will make you feel!!!
This can be big or small, depending on how bad you are feeling, or even if this is an ongoing thing with you,
Anonimously or not.
Try volunteering to help people in need.
Do something for a good cause
Know anybody homeless, hungry, out of work, sick?
Do something for somebody in a more dire situation than yours & you'll see that your life isn't so bad.

Find some jokes online... call a friend... smile.
I didn't believe the last one until I worked in a fast food restaurant for a few years-- after forcing yourself to smile for hours on end, you are actually in a good mood, even if you work overtime! :D
For instance, right now I'm highly amused by watching my kitten gnaw on her tail... and now she's sleeping on top of my monitor, purring, with her tail hanging down. Awww.

Get organized - clean up your home/room etc. Throw out/donate all the junk that is weighing you down. You will have a new perspective on life when you are done plus you will find something important that you misplaced.

I am listening to music I awoke this morning feeling the same way. Just pray to whoever you pray to and ask for me and just move on.

go to the pet store and look at the fish for a little while. It's free and gives you something to do.
