I think you should specify your question a little more because I have no idea if you are talking legally, mentally or physically...
Physically, I am 17 so I am not going to get any taller, but I believe that my tailbone doesn't fuse completely together until after I am 20 somethign
Legally, again I am only 17, so I won't be 'grown-up' for about 2 months.
Mentally, I believe I have gone through quite a lot to make me mature. Most people tell me I act 25... but I still have a lot to learn.
I guess if you want to decide if I am 'grown-up' then it is your own opinion.

Physically yes. Mentally ? The older I get the more I realize I'm always learning things that help me be a more mature person. When I was 20 I thought I was an adult. Now at 40 I know I'm always growing and maturing every year.

When I look at my schedule for this week, I see all kinds of grown-up appointments: my broker, my real estate guy, my accountant, my husband's oncologist, his family coming up from Florida for the weekend, my plastic surgeon, not to mention various people coming to do things to the yard. It's....daunting.
On the other hand, that's what hobbies are for: to be 20 again. And, my hobby takes me very far away, indeed.

No, I'm only 42 so I have a lot of experience to be gained before I will concider myself grown up.

Sometimes I am my age, most of the times I still thought I was only 18.

sure not. depends on the days though... am sometimes struggling to get there. hopefully one day (before i die, that is). then again, other times i do everything to NOT grow up coz it seems that that's a pretty sad and dull life. so some days i wanna, and others i don't.
