Greasy, fried foods can do negative things to your complexion. Your skin will often be a reflection of your overall health. Drink lots of water, and stay away from the grease and fat. Water will hydrate the skin and keep it healthy looking...and also help curb your desire to eat when you may not actually be hungry.

I have heard both sides -- "the only thing that makes your skin break out are things that touch your face" vs "it's all in what you eat." I have found that eating greasy food does make a difference - also eating chocolate.

The answer is YES and NO..
YES:
Long term, yes if it is your main source of nourishment.
If you don't wash your face after eating
NO:
if you make sure you still get your daily requirement of nutrients.
if you clean all residue from skin after eating.. not just wipe your face with a napkin.
wash your hands after eating. everyone habitually touches thier face.

those foods are just bad period... 4get your skin.
oily foods causing bad acne is a myth but it does affect some ppl. it depends on your body and how it reacts to it.
if you want to be safe how bout u just stay away from those foods.
Mc Donalds salads are the bomb tho :-) i jsut felt like plugging that in

yes reallllly bad.the fat and the artificial stuff they put in the food makes skin greasy and usually makes your face break out. it's ok once in a while; but not all the time.

They are bad for your body period the amount of High Fructose Corn Syrip alone can kill a small griwing child if eaten to much.

no diet does not make you break out unless your allergic if you have oily skin use a acne fash wash and get a face mask like mint and use it twice a week

Anything oily touching your face (or going in it) Is likely to give you nasty breakouts not to mention a nasty layer of fat arround your middle!!
Just say NO to fast food!!
