They can if supported by the USA. We have become a nation who supports terror rather than fighting a fake war on terror that we have created.

Bazaar question.
Even the most pathetic nation has some level of military power. So? Has Haiti attacked the Dominican Republic lately (sorry Haitians)?
Even the most evil nations don't regularly attack their neighbors. (North Korea and the whack job that rules there hasn't attacked China or South Korea)
So what are you asking?

No, it doesn't, because they would have to deal with world opinion and the repercussions in trade, politics, etc.

Just look at how far the USA has fallen in world opinion in the past five years since 9/11 - all because we had the military power and chose to attack.

No. The US has much more military power than Canada, but has not attacked.

Having power is one thing. Knowing when to use it and not to use it is another.

PS I do not know where you are, so I can't comment on your neighbors. I hope you are not in danger. Good luck.

Think of it this way - not all men love war. Some men love peace.

America is one of the greatest, most powerful nations on Earth and we do not attack Canada or Mexico.......

Not neccesarily. I'm not thinking Spain is going to attack France because they have a better wine region and want to have better grapes.

See my point? You have to have a good reason to invade another country. Well, usually you do. Unless you're invading Iraq.

Yes, if they're a bad regime in their country or if their leader is a tyrant. If it's a decent country, however, you're better off if they have power to help protect you.
