No. Even if you recover a complete DNA sequence, you need to be able to read it. That mechanism is as unique as the DNA, and it DOESN'T exist, and nothing else will read dinosaur DNA. How do you get one of these readers? You need to build it...based on a design from DNA.
Just another reason why Jurassic Park was an entertaining load of crap. (and the idea of using frog DNA? From a genetic standpoint frogs are actually further from dinosaurs than, say, birds.)
That's oversimplifying things a bit, but that's the answer in a nutshell. For a much deeper answer, read:

Honestly, I dont think dinosaurs can be created beacause they were already extinct. In school if we ever came up on the topic of extinction are teacher would say any animal that was on earth but ''died out'' could never become present on Earth again. So I do not believe that dinosaurs can ever roam the Earth again.

there is basically no longer sufficient DNA left to do it. A tiny little bit of dinosaur DNA has been recovered utilising methods similar to what's interior the action picture, yet nowhere close to sufficient to do something with - no longer even a single protein, no longer to show an entire genome. it would be like attempting to recreate the completed works of William Shakespeare whilst somebody surpassed you the words "the", "yet", "of", and a handful of random letters.

Yes the Dinosaurs can be created but not like that of a film which was created by man but it is possible only by god.

I have no doubt that they can be. We already have leaps and bounds in genetic research legally and illegally. It has been suggested that genetic codes have a resonance like musical notes. Many have been crystallized and therefor can be rewritten in their proper sequence. Many of their evolved ancestors that exist today can be altered to this alleged throw-back.Since many of us already are related this may be broader than anticipated. It won't be long before the Island of Doctor Morue becomes a reality if it hasn't already.

if hovering beds can be made just like in the movies, so can dinosaurs just like in jurassic park. science will continue discovering the universe and uncover every single thing till the end of days. there is no lie to that.

Perhaps not every species, but I'm sure some can, if a complete enough string of DNA is found. The problem of course, is food.

What makes you think they're all gone...? aren't Florida alligators good enough for you? Have you ever SEEN one of those bastiches, close up? They are fearsome, let me tell you! And don't get me started about Australian saltwater crocodiles, that can get up to twenty feet long!
