A friend is someone with whom you are willing to share all your most dark and secret times with, and they won't laugh or go around telling others. A friend is a someone who would go to the grave for you or you for them. A friend is someone that will not feel sorry for you but will give you good reasons that you have to be grateful. A friend is there for good and not so good times.
I've heard it said that we are lucky if we can count our true friends on one hand. I have many people who I consider acquantences but believe that my true friends are numbered to 1. She is my life partner and I can and do share everything with her. Many other people with whom I associate with I would have previously called close friends but reality is I would not share a lot of information with them, stuff that I wanted keep confidential. So I guess they are associates of mine rather than friends. They would do pretty near anything to help me and I them but there is so much more missing; ie: trust as an example that is missing.
Don't mean to sound like a downer or anything but this is truly how I feel and I am now and will remain grateful for the 1 person I choose to call my best and only true friend.

A friend is some1 who cares and stay by you when ever u need him/her to be there.friend is some1 who luv and cherish u alot.
