Both are fine for head and body aches but they won't help in avoiding pregnancy. If she does take birth control pills, then there is a chance she still can get pregnant.

Plain and simple take your wife to the dr. and asked the dr. question.. not that hard.. we not dr. or PH.d .... so i think you need to ask your wife more question than that.. so therefore you need to ask dr. more question.
