Need word to describe "conflict of interest" co's use as HR policy to restrict marriage of 2 employees.

If person works in specific area and wants to marry another employee, one is forced to quit employment.

You might be thinking of policies that companies put in place to prohibit "fraternization" among employees. These are called anti-fraternization or non-fraternization policies.

Should not be aproblem as long as they work in different departments that have no influence upon one another.
