The sentence that has the commas in the right position is: Jose, Juan, Mason, and Jimmy all went swimming because you have to have commas in between all of those names.

Actually, b or c is considered grammatically correct. B is too short for a comma to be considered necessary, and though a comma is permitted at the end of a list, it's optional.
