Start by sending your photos to the Copyright office. This can be a collection of photos. I think that it costs about $45. If you have any evidence or receipt of WHEN you took the photos, include a copy of that with your photo collection.

Step 1 - Ask them to remove your photo
Step 2 - Ask your attorney to send them a letter, asking them to remove your photo
Step 3 - File a lawsuit

what kind of site is it, is there an email address where you can send them an email. if so explain to them that this is your picture and you would like to have it removed. Other than that..you might be screwed.
