Boy have I. It is so hard not to just shoot a remark or email right back but I try really just not say anything or if it is an email, I will right my reply but not send it and then go back and read it and usually I delete it. Saves face.

Probably everyone at sometime has done so and regreted it. Just a couple of weeks ago my fiance asked me in a rather undiplomatic way in front of some peers "are you stupid or something?" She knew immediately that she had said something offensive and apologised profusely. We were on our way White Water Rafting and looking at a map. This is not a normal statement from this lovely lady but we were with a rather negative lady and I believe that this was the main reason for this barb. I have do so on many occassions and usually do apologize as soon as I can. Sometimes these snippy responses can be very hurtful, even if they are not intented to be so. Choose your words carefully.

Try giving yourself a good flagellation that should make you contemplate the type of response deemed necessary and make it a more portentous matter.

not realize it was a Child. It's those times I wish I had toned it
