It.s your pituatary gland. This gland located in your brain secretes dopamine, which is the chemical that causes happiness. The pituatary gland can be thought of as a flower. Sunlight helps it bloom, or sunlight helps make this gland release the dopamine. That's why there are more people suffering from depression in most Northern states than southern. My aunt grew up her whole life in Texas lived in Alaska for 4 years and had to sit under a sunlamp because her dr. recommended it for her depression. Here in Texas the sun is shining even during the winter months. She went from sunlight year round to no sunlight for months on end. Her body new this and reacted to lack of sun by causing her to be depressed.

For some reason it is a proven fact that on rainy gloomy days it's more likely a person to be depressed than on a day full of sunshine. God has a way of working in mysterious ways.

I'm the opposite. Well, sunny days don't depress me. But I LOVE rainy days. They just make me feel good for some reason.

Rain is caused by depression in bay ,ocean.Hot sun is when there is no depression.As a part of nature human being is closely associated with nature.Night on full moon is sweet.On new moon it is depressing.Sunny beach is enjoyable and tsunami depresses.We can not detach our mood from nature.That is everyone`s experience. Birds and animals show changed moods before earth quakes and other natural phenomena.If we love nature nature loves us.If we protect nature nature protects us.If we go against nature nature goes against us.

No I basically get lazy and all i decide directly to do is curl up with a solid e book, or watch a solid action picture. and that i watch for the rain combating because of the fact i glance out and each thing looks so sparkling. Its such as you basically complete your spring cleansing.
