My initial thought was Oh My God Hi 2 You.. but that makes no sense really.... Or am I just being stoopid?

It seems you are right. A quick search on Urbandictionary reveals it means "Oh My God Hi 2 You" .Yeah makes no sense and I cant imagine anyone ever using it but hey...
