As long as by hyper, you just mean excitable and not out all night drinking and smoking, she should be fine. When someone is pregnant, however, she should avoid all alcohol, tobacco, and drugs and limit her caffeine consumption to no more than three cups per day. Any of those can cause a problem.

If she can be described as "hyper," or if she has peers who use the word "hyper," then she is far too young to be having a baby.
But no, an excitable temperament will not harm the baby. She'll be fine, and you should leave her alone.
