I've taken a few of those tests myself and *never* had any luck peeing on that little bitty stick. I pee into a paper cup, dip the stick into the pee in the cup for 5-10 seconds (the directions will tell you how to hold the stick and for how long), and do the test normally from there.

Any results I've gotten doing it this way have been accurate.

You buy the test from the store and when you get home you open it and pee on the absorbent end of the stick. The you lay it flat and wait for the results. If you're still unsure how to use it, then make sure to read the directions on the box. Good luck!!

hold the tip of test in your u rine for no longer than 10 seconds. Then lay it down on a flat surface and wait a few minutes before reading it. Never read it after 10 minutes. Afer 10 minutes they can be inacurate. At least thats what the box says. Just read the pamplet that came in the box. It will give you pretty self expanitory instructions

The most common way is to go on the stick, but if you don't feel conferable in doing that you can get a cup to go in then place the stick in the cup for a couple of seconds to get your result.
