Yes it is morally wrong. My sister did this to me one time. I hated her for a bit. Like my sister she is probably only doing it because you like him. She feels empowered somehow by haveing what you want. She is obviously jealous of you.

Obviously this is not an ideal situation. In the future I would refrain from telling her anything until your relationship is set.
Have you spoken with her about this? I would calmly ask why she is dating someone you like.
