Easy Off Fume Free Oven cleaner in the blue can. I've got bad allergies and chemicals start a chain reaction of chronic hiving, so I cannot even breathe the fumes of most common household cleaners. But, the Easy Off works well to clean off burnt on food, even on the BBQ grill. You can get it at WalMart.

Scrub with baking soda. That will require work but not be toxic.

There are products on the market in health food stores and some major chains (here in Canada). Simply Clean makes citrus-based cleaner but it still can get airborne. Depends on your allergies. Most of the natural ones require very regular maintenance. Keeping the oven clean by cleaning after using it while just warm is a good way to go.

I thought all ovens in the last 20 years were self cleaning. Whatever you use, please where a mask. (not a halloween mask) I have a hard time with all chemicals and have my husband spray things for me while I'm out. Then he rinses everything with water. good luck!
