Are you fat or thin? I'm fat, and I find that the fatter I get, the more I have to pay for my clothes. Perhaps, you only shop in the area where clothes are your size and somewhat larger. Have you checked prices of clothes and underwear in the Plus Sizes department? They usually charge $1.00 an item for clothes and underwear over a certain size.
If you are jealous of fat people getting the same price for clothing that has more material, buy the bigger stuff. No one is stopping you from doing that. Or get fat. I would gladly pay the same for something smaller that fits.

They pay more my friend.

What do you consider fat? Ladies with big boobies and really thin everywhere else would not be considered fat, but their bra's would be outsized!

Think about the people who are fat through illness, I know a lot of thin people and some fat people and the thin people have no energy to do anything but stay in bed and eat, they eat much more than my fat friends, who lead normal active lives.

It's to offset the enormous difference fat people pay for groceries and fast foods. The food industry is supplementing the underwear industry to keep the fat 'off-guard' by keeping it's fat underwear in the same price range, leaving the fat people with more money to buy more food.

See how that works?

I don't know but I hate how retailers don't carry much normal size clothing. I am 6'0 175lbs and it's hard to find shirts that fit, they always make them with enough gut and oblique room for a fat *** I can't stand it. It's like they are giving fat people an insetive to be fat. They should have to pay an extra tax to keep the motivated to work out and run, don't you think? Any XXL or above has a 15% Tax.

It gives you a good sense of just how much of a manufacturer's cost is actually material. You can bet that if it was a significant difference, they would charge more.
