Psychology is a pseudo-science. That is, it's an industry based on opinion and not true science. It's also an industry that helps support and lives off the pharmaceutical industry. What it comes down to is a bunch of witch doctors inventing all sorts of psycho-babble mental "diseases" in order to peddle dangerous and addictive psychotropic drugs to an ignorant public for huge profits.
The President's New Freedom Commission has determined that the nation's 50 million children undergo mental health evaluations in public schools through programs such as TeenScreen, which are designed to make children "fail" some contrived mental health "standards", in order to create a profit market for the Big Pharmas. Did I forget to mention that there are many in the administration and Congress who have a substantial financial interest in the Big Pharma industry?
