Relax.
If you want to increase your progress and lose even more wieght, it would be a good idea to start lifting weights to build muscle. Since muscle consumes fat for energy, you'll be burning fat in your sleep! Building muscle increases your metabolism, and energy levels, so you can do more and lose more.
Also, you should eat more protein. There are plenty of muscle building diets available to tell you the right ratio of protein, carbs, and fats to have in your meals. So, you can do a little research online and find the one that's right for you. Drink lots of water, too.
You can also find muscle-building work-out routines online, too. Basically, it all comes down to wanting to lose the weight and being determined to make it happen. If you feel like this is right for you, then you should give it your best efforts and make it work for you.

Human beings tend to have the feeling that close relatives are important and must be right and it is important what they say and if they all are of a certain opinion it must be something in it. This effect comes from childhood when the child totally depends on the familiy and doesn´t no many things apart from it.
But sometimes it is not so. Sometimes close relatives are nasty wicked ill people. If you want to get somewhere in life keep in mind and recall every day: They are wrong, you are okay.
Get confidence! Tell by yourself what the correct measurement is, not only concerning body weight but every other thing. And then ask yourself if your family members can measure up to what you think is right!

tell them YOU CAN! ( in a dramatic sense.. =p) Ask them why it's a big issue that you "look big" anyways. How do they look? Tell them that you're atleast taking the initative to make yourself better ( for them) but then also...don't let things like that get to your head. Don't let people's insults and persuasion push you to do something you don't TRULY want to do. If you are fine with the way your body looks...then stick with that. It doesn't seem like you sound bad, but if you were a girl and weighed 170 as much as I did and was 5'5"..thennn maybe there would be soemthing there but even so if you like the way you are don't feel the need to change yourself to please OTHERS. JUst make sure you are pleasing yourself. But hey, running 2 miles almost eevrydya is good..it will keep you in shape and boost your metabolism it will help you gain weight but then it also depends on the type of diet you're on. "NOT EATING" diet DOES NOT WORK! and honestly, not eating will get you bigger than you "already are" ( because I don't really think you're "big"). JUst eat healthy..fruits, vegetables, anddrink alot of water but just keep natural sugars in your body and that will help tone your shape up. So uhh yeah...good job..lol DOn't even worry about them, just speak your mind. And if they say they are worried about your health tell them you are probly staying in better shape then they are...

Bless your heart. Vary your excercise, don't run every day. Walk some, do weights and run. Varying your routine will help your body burn the fat more efficeintly. As long as YOU are happy with yourself, and you see the results, that's what matters. If they keep giving you a hard time, just politely tell them to leave you alone, that you are doing your own thing.OR-- better yet, say "I think you should join me. I'll see you at the track at 6:30 a.m.!" and see what they say then!!! If they start making excuses, then say "alright then. If you won't do it with me, then please stop criticizing me for trying." Keep up the good work!

Your family should see you for who you are on the inside--not the outside. Looks like they only care about how you look rather than how you feel. They should love you for who you are. You ARE NOT fat!! I'm 5'7" and I'm about 133 lbs. That's only a little bit of a difference. It's your choice if you want to lose weight or not--not theirs.

every 1 inch is five pounds
so if your 5'5 then I think you should be 125 pounds but if you like what you see when you look at the mirror then forget what I said

Either tell them that all the guys you have sex with think you're hot (shock value) or tell them if they don't lay off about the weight you'll move to another state/country where people will think you're perfect the way you are.

Thats terrible...family shouldn't do that. Tell them how it makes you feel when they say those things..If they don't change..find some close friends that like you unconditionally and forget about what the family is saying.

Tell them to shut up ... tell them that if they want you to be thinner then they can pay for your liposuction. ;-)
I'm sorry to say this, because I know they're your family and all, but they sound like jerks.
