Communist vs. Democracy?

What do you think which one is best?

Do you think there will be have Cold War 2 between Communist vs. Demorcacy.

You could have both at the same time. It would just be different from what the Soviet Union had. If the people of a country decide in an election to vote to assume democratic control over the means of production, then it would be a form of democratic communism.

The biggest flaw of communism is that it doesn't leave people with much motivation to excel. The biggest flaw with democracy is that it assumes the electorate is intelligent and can determine what is best. Both are flawed.

at least in the time of cold war the third world was at comfort as US and USSR was busy in cold war, but now as there is no one who can oppose the policies of US, the third world especially muslims are targeted by US,
about communism: it is a very good system but it is ideally best not praticle.

Communism offers no incentive of producing efficiency. Nor does it offer any incentive of using your brain. It will always be exploited into a dictatorship and fail. It would probably work on giligans island but not in a country of even thousands of people.
