I think Tommy Lee can probably still play but he hasn't been, so I would have to say yes he is a has been. I would like to see him do something musically besides sit on a pannel judging other people. Ever since Pam Anderson he thinks he is a sex god or something, can't stand that about him either.

No Tommy Lee is not a has been. Not only is he one of the best drummers ever..you cant flip through the channels and not find him or something about him on one of them. I have yet to see him on VH1 whatever happened to..He is still around and probably always will be..Rock On Tommy Lee!!

Totally, but the man wasa talented drummer!
Just his lifestyle was and still is OTT!
It is a gradure thing from the excessive 80's a lot of eighties stars end up being has beens as they wreck their lives!
But remember the good times!
