For starters, take a bath. After you've been in it 5 minutes or so, your skin will start to soften and wrinkle. Then use a pumice on them. But Gently! Don't go sawing away on them or you'll draw blood. Just run it over them a few times. Better to have to repeate the process than to cripple yourself.
Then everyday in the shower, do it again. Eventually they'll start looking better.
After that, use a good moisturizer on a regular basis, such as before you go to bed. As someone suggested, slather the stuff on and then put on socks to protect the sheets.
There are tons of products out there specifically for the feet. Any of them would probably be fine. Vitamin E oil would work too.

Kerasal, has an ingredient that sloughs off dead skin. Apply morning and night. Don't shower, take a bath, and soak feet for about fifteen minutes. Then use a real pumice stone to scrape off the extra skin, if this doesn't work use an old razor to scrape off(carefully, don't press too hard). Wear 100%cotton socks to bed.

Two answers for you-get regular pedicures and at night slather a good thick balm or cream on your feet and stick a pair of cotton socks on. I have the same problem from wearing my Birkies with no socks all summer-I get a pedi every 2 weeks and do the cream at night. try bag balm-it's for cows udders and works great so does vaseline

Lamasil Foot Cream works great. I use it. Sometimes even if it doesn't itch it could be a form of athlete's foot. My feet where better in a few days.

Go to the store into the beauty or health department and find some callus cream. You can also soak your feet awhile, dry them, and then apply lotion, (it helps me). I also get away from slippers and sandals for awhile, (that also helps for me. Good Luck!! :)
