The whole point they're trying to make is the Island seems to cure people, something of which you'll find out a bit more of later in the series.
Remember, Locke used to be in a wheel chair, he's ok now. Same thing for Sun.

You forget what show you're watching. Nothing on Lost is what it seems. Sun was told she couldn't have kids; then she was told Jin couldn't have kids. Since I believe the whole thing is a science and government conspiracy in the first place, the doctor who told her all that was probably lying. Just like everyone else who isn't stuck on the island, and some who are. Oh, and I don't think the title "Lost" is about the show anymore, I think it's about the viewers. Including me.

You are totally off base. As the other person said, the island has some sort of strange way of curing people: Locke can walk, Ruth was cured of her cancer, now Sun is pregnant. Charlie did not rape anyone. Pay attention.

I don't think Charlie would rape Sun...but hey wait a minute! Sun is unable to have babies then? Oh no! I didn't want to know that! Grrr...now I'll have to watch the entire season again so I can understand what I'd missed.

Jin is infertile but doesn't know it because the doctor was too scared to tell him (he worked for some crazy people)
So to clear this up Sun can have kids the doctor lied so he didn't get a hit put on him, sun had an affair with english tutor now shes pregnant and has told jin it's his

No, it's Jin's. The island has 'healing' power over people. Look at Locke and the black lady, they all got 'cured' on the island.
