It is hard to ignore her and very hard situation. It seems at least that your husband is sticking right by your side so you have really no worries on that...but the neighbor is TROUBLE. To get out of a situation like that may involve the police-and other legals of action. This would be the last case. File for harassment at this point b/c that seems to be all that she is doing-disturbing the peace between you and your husband.

Tell her straight out that neither of you are interested in her. Make sure that your husband tells her as well. Stress to her that you don't like her and want her to just leave you both alone. Give her a warning and then if she doesn't stop have her arrested next time for harassment. The police can do something if you tell them that she is constantly harassing you about this.
Or hire a hit man...:-) (J/K)!!!

Well, we just moved too & our neighbor across the street has a 17 year old daughter that has flashed my 23 year old husband-just took her top off right in the front yard while he was outside. I'd say call the police file a harrassment charge, we filed indecent exposure charges

report her to the police and ask for a restraiing order . You must do something "official" i.e. get it on the record.
buy cameras that focus on the fence , linked to your computer and you will have a record of her violating your space.

Invite her over one night. As she's coming out of her house, throw a sack over her, secure it with duct tape, then proceed to your car. Drive to a remote spot, take her out of the car and beat the living sh** out of her. Leave her there, still in the sack and drive away. She'll not want to leave her house for a while.

Keep a journal of your interactions with your neighbor. If she gets worse, talk to the police.

How about you just try ignoring her like anyone else who wasn't interested would do verbalizing that neither of you wants anything to do with her.
