Portland, Oregon, especially if you like outdoor activities. Oregon has everything .... the beach, mountains, desert, lush valleys, and moderate temperatures on the western half.

No sales tax, either.

Chicago is my choice by far, whether it is the atmosphere, people, or attractions Chicago is the best place. If you like a big city setting, Chicago is definetly for you. Good Luck with choosing!!
