i have had 3 children, the first time is very hard, it will hurt, but the important thing is the ending, you must prepare far more mentally than anything, you must stay focused and relaxed, if you are able to, it helps alot to be in the water, if your place of birth has a tub available, this is wonderful, the less you are scared to give birth the easier it is, and remember when you feel that you can not possibly give birth, (the time will come believe it) that billions of women for centuries have done so for billions of years, and lived to cherish the experience. also, i would recomend for you to find a book entitled "spiritual midwifery" this book is one that i read to prepare for the birth of my second child, that birthing experience, was not at all painful, rather it was a precious memory for our family, it taught me a whole new side of giving birth, that went beyond what my body was going through. best of luck hun, you can do it!!

dont worry about nothing everything will be alright i have two babies a 3yr old and a 2 yr old the first one i had a c- section and the second one it was normal so i know how it feels both ways and i preferred the c- section trust me because i didnt feel no pain at all well normal pain the next day they tell you to get up and walk but nothing like people used to tell me. dont believe what people tell you because sometimes that makes you feel scared you could only experience yourself and you will see that its not that bad. Good luck with your baby:)

I don't know if you attend church or not, but the best answer I can give u is to start going. Pray and continue to pray and I gaurantee you that all your questions will be answered and that fear that you have will go away because God will take care of everything for you. I don't know you but I will put my life on it, If you would give Jesus a chance he will comfort you and support you all the way! Do you believe?

I was very scared. You hear all of this nonsense from people talking about how bad it is. It was bad but not near as bad as people will try to get you to believe. My first was natural and it wasn't near as bad as I had believed. Also, they do have epidurals! Labor pain to me mostly felt like very strong menstral contractions that just got stronger.

Don't just listen to friends or other people. It is best for you to seek professional advice, like seeing a gynaecologist.

you're very young but don't be scared. Once it's time to deliver you're not scared anymore.
