Most patriots like you have never been in combat or even put on a uniform (other than sports). I've been there .there is no clear mission most of just ride around waiting for our turn to be blown up. Ill take a cigar in a vagina over sending someone to be blown up in a country that NEVER asked for help, or care enough about themselves to fix their own problems. Your radical in a silly and childish way. I love America and all she stands for but the road we are travelling has a bridge out ahead and if we don't turn around and head back to the highway then we are in trouble as a nation and as people. Soldiers are not politicians, they have orders and execute missions and when you give bad orders and no clear mission then those who make up policy and are supposed to be "leaders" are responsible for the harm that comes to them and must be held responsible. so stop the flag waving and if you are a "real" patriot then enlist for 3 years and volunteer to take your energy and use it to defend the Iraqi or Afghani citizen who has nothing hate toward you or secretly is giving your position away to the Al Qaida operative so he can kidnap you, plant an IED or snipe you or your team members, because your an occupier not a liberator to them. Then comeback and post a question like this one.

One of us sounds mad here, and I don't think it is me! I would address your points, but it wouldn't matter, you are sure you are right, not logic or reason changes the mind of a fanatic, conservative or liberal!

I agree. My nephew is over there. I think he is in Mozul. It saddens me to think he is putting his life on the line for some of the people that just continue to hate their own contry. I am proud to be an AMERICAN and are ashamed of those who bash it. I saw on the news last night that Dixie Chicks concert had to be cancelled due to lack of sales.( which I normally would not give a second thought to) but it sort of proves that we are not alone in our thinking. She should have stopped after the fake apology!
