i guess you can..of course all you will need is a tv tuner..but..if you watch full screen tv on the monitor...will the quality of the video or display be as good as a real tv?won't it be pixelized?or somethin..

And,can you use it like a tv..in a way,.example..you are going to connect your game console ,let's say PS2, into it...can you do that?is there any converter that can provide your monitor the normal tv output jack stuff(the yellow,white,red plugs if you know what i mean)

Yes, you can use your monitor as a TV. The quality of the picture depends on how performant your TV-tuner and video card are. Wathcing full-screen TV in "overlay" mode is just like watching an ordinary TV (of course, your video card must support that mode).
Yes, you can connec your game console (most TV tuners have video inputs allowing that).
I'm not sure what you mean by "is there any converter that can provide your monitor the normal tv output jack stuff"...

yes you can but you have to use a cable or tv tuner card for it
