It basically takes the worst of both dictatorship and communism and then spices it up with censorship and bully tactics: can hardly be worse.

A fascist is one who favors a very strong government with a single, very powerful ruler. They favor internal government controls on economic and personal activity to strengthen and unify the nation, even at the expense of individuality. They believe in militarism and expanding their territory through conquest to enrich the mother nation at the expense of the conquered territories.

I can tell you what it isn't. It isn't used by many on the left side of the spectrum correctly. *LOL* But then they want to redefine numerous other words in the dictionary as well.
The left incorrectly assumes because someone is against a socialist outlook therefore they must be fascist because fascist are against socialism. But that is only one aspect of fascism.

I assume you mean fascist. In which case is someone who dictates who things should go (race, gender, sexuality etc) and who condemns others with different opinions or life styles.
