in outlook express check to make sure that you entered the correct POP3 server
to do this open outlook express
go to the tooks menu
click Accounts
click the account you are having problems with
click properties
click servers
check to see if they are correct

You have wrong address given in your POP3 server box. Please correct it only then your mails will go. I think you are using Outlook.
