There is, ATiTool, http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/ but you have to ask yourself, is the 9250 worth overclocking, not by a long shot, the card is limited, it's a terrible performer at stock speeds and overclocking isn't going to help it much. You're welcome to try but in my opinion it is not worth taking the time to do so. You're better off getting a nicer graphics cards, something that is worth overclocking like the Geforce 6600GT.

that thing actually NEEDS to be overclocked? dude, you have a powerful video card. dont reduce its life by overclocking the thing.
