I'm wanting a long battery life, best computer, internet wireless card so that I can use anywhere on the ballpark, park, racetrack, we're usually there for at least 7 hours, and its boring until they start the race. I want have anyway to plug the computer in to recharge.

i have a dell and have had no problems and i have had it for over two years. 7 hours is a long time you might want to consider purchasing an extra battery i don't believe that there are many that will last that long no matter how good or expensive they are.

Toshiba, i think, is the best deal, because of good screens and good battery life.
