I'm looking into moving to Myrtle Beach from NJ. I love the beach and would love to live on the beach. Does anyone know any good websites that have oceanfront apartments for rent? The only oceanfront rentals I can find are just vacation rentals for a week at a time. Or even any apartments that are very close to the beach.

most oceanfront places only do vacation rentals. they don't want to tie up their property during prime rental season.
call a local real estate company, and they can help you!
i lived in Myrtle Beach for 5 years, during college. It's nice!
go to www.yellowpages.com and see what realty companies are listed, then call one!
also, rather than trying to find an oceanfront place in Myrtle Beach, check out the Surfside or Garden City areas. It's a little quieter there, but still very close to Myrtle Beach! Or, if you're looking for something on the North End, check out the Cherry Grove, Little River, or North Myrtle Beach area.

Go to www.yellowpages.com and look for real estate agencies in the Myrtle Beach area that does sales and/or rentals. They might not have any but, they might at least, direct you in the right direction. Also, look for apartments in the phone book and you can get the numbers for the on-site rental offices of apartment complexes.
