I would suggest looking into Ad2 or Ad Club or any other marketing clubs in the city you plan to reside in. Networking is the best way to get your foot in the door. It's all about who you know.

Listen, architects build houses for us to live in, they are producing something that one makes our lives more comfortable and two adds some beauty to the world (if they are good)

Marketing and advertising tries to use peoples insecurities to make them buy their products - if I don't have branded clothes, have the right aftershave etc. I'll never find love. You add nothing to this world - only make it a bit worse for normal people. there are some good lawyers out there but marketers..I don't think so.

Get out while you have a chance, leave the world a better place than you found it.

Is this men crazy ! i mean the one who wrote the first answer !
People should have minds to think whether to buy or not, nobody force u to do,and nobody is taking your money without your acceptance.
i may say the same thing to architects because they are building buildings and killing plants and tree. Following your theory we should live in caves rights?!
I may say the same thing to politicians, because they are playing dirty games,and abusing poor countries, does this mean we should live without laws and government !?

Back to our question, I'm also a marketing student, i guess u should apply to companies having marketing departments, or ask your uni for help,their job is to find u an internship,because usually they have special companies they deal with in order to secure internship for the students.
