Ted Bundy (Born Theodore Robert Bundy on November 24, 1946 – January 24, 1989) was an American serial killer and rapist who murdered numerous young women across the United States between 1974 and 1978. His total number of victims is unknown. After over a decade of vigorous denials, Bundy eventually confessed to over 30 murders. Bundy is considered by some to be the prototypical serial killer.
