one was about halloween; it featured kids who dressed up in costumes, and then I think they became what they dressed up as, a boy & a girl, I think the boy was a werewolf. There was a scene with a fountain where abunch of witches were gathered and someone says "which witch is which?".. Also, something about a magic wand...
The second cartoon was about an artist, I think he might have had black hair, and somehow he winds up underground, where there are a bunch of living talking magic mushrooms..

I kinda remember the first one. Didn't they go to visit a grandmother? And she was an actual witch? I can't remember the name though. The second one doesn't sound familiar at all. Sounds like SOMEBODY got high!!
