There are steam bags you can use in the microwave that santize them. You simply clean with soap and water first, then rinse well, then use the bags to make them sterile and safe.

If you have a dishwasher you could place the hard toys in there. The soft stuffed ones I would throw in the washing machine. I wouldn't use bleach, the smell stays so you would think the taste would. I just washed them on the hot cycle with soap. I loved using the dishwasher cause it cleaned alot without the work.

Fill your kitchen sink up with warm soapy water and wash. let them dry. That will get them clean.

Any fabric toy can be washed in the washer,

bouncy seat, car seat, swing, high chair, crib and changing table should be wiped down and sprayed with lysol

Put teething toys or anything plastic into the dishwasher. If you don't have one use Clorox wipes. It works wonders!

As for anything plush, use a mesh bag that is used for lingerie and then toss it into the wash. They come out great!

the hard ones can go in the dishwasher and some of the soft ones can go in the wash machine. The others damp cloth and lysol spray on some or damp cloth and put in dryer to kill germs for the others.

Depending on the type of toy and what it's made of, I take my son's plastic toys and handwash them in hot water and soap. For his stuffed animals and more delicate toys, I rinse them under hot tap water and let them dry.

If they're stuffed toys, wash them in the washing machine. If they're hard plastic/rubber, put them in the dishwasher. If you don't have a dishwasher, washing them by hand in the sink with hot, soapy water is fine, too.
