One person can be pretty stupid. The only thing I can say can be more stupid then one person is a group of people. Groups stupidity can go off the scale.

It depends on the person. I have a brother-in-law that, as my husband Ed puts it, doesn't have the brains to pour p**s out of a boot if there were instructions on the heel. He's the one who is the age of my father. When Ed was cutting down a tree one time, he went in to get a rope to pull it down completely (it was almost down). When he came out, his brother was kneeling in front of the tree, trying to count the rings to see how old it was! He didn't even think about the fact that the tree was about to fall right on top of him!
