i have been using Mary Kays new timewise firming eye cream. , not the tube one, the one that comes in a pump dispenser. it's seems pricey at $30.00 for the bottle, but you only need a quarter of a pump for both eyes. I bought it over two months ago and use it twice a day. (less than 15 a month! inexpensive to me)
i still have over half a bottle left. it helps with the circles and it will definately help. the skin under my eye got "thinnish" and the blue veins were becoming more visible. i am 40 years old. using this showed a dramatic improvement in less than a week. now that i have been using it for two months.
What you could do is contact marykay at their website and request a sample of it. my sample pack lasted a week and i noticed the difference so much i purchased it. (the sample pack will be free) what do you have to lose?
I hated the fact mark kay was so expensive, but i bought their Timewise skin care system in april for 94 dollars and use it everyday, twice a day and still have 1/2 of all the products except the skin cleanser. i had to purchase a new bottle just last week but still havent finished the first one. so i got 4 months so far out of 94 dollars. pretty inexpensive....anyhow, rambling, i hope you get a free sample pack from them and try it. i don't work for mary kay so i have nothing to gain. it's just helped me immensely...no more crows feet either!
Good luck

There are several brands that are not too much - you have to read the labels and see what they are descigned for. Also if you want talk to a skin doctor - you may need professional advice.
