I can tell you from experience tha tfootball pants are MUCH tigheter. I played both in my life. Baseball pants are rather loose fitting. Football pants don't quite become a part of your skin, but they're very tight. So to answer your question, football by far. Especially if you're TO and you have the UnderArmor going.

Football pants are tighter now, most big league ball players wear theirs a little baggy.
