I found this a scale at http://vathena.arc.nasa.gov/curric/weather/fahrcels.html

Otherwise it is fairly simple.
Farenheit to Celcius----Subtract 32 from the F number, Divide that by 9 and multiply by 5.

Celcius to Farenheit....
Multiply the Celcius number by 9
Divide by 5
Add 32

37 degrees Celcius is just about body temp of 98.6 and 0 Celcius is 32 F I usually use that as a guide to get an idea.

Fahrenheit - Celsius?
Here is my simple approximation, easy to remember: For every 10 degrees Fahrenheit you count 5 degrees Celsius.

F to C
20 ~ -5
30 ~ 0
40 ~ 5
50 ~ 10
60 ~ 15
70 ~ 20
80 ~ 30
90 ~ 35
100 ~ 40
110 ~ 45
120 ~ 50

Another approximation is

Fahrenheit - 30 divided by 2 is about Celsius degrees
Example
F 32 - 30 divided by 2 is about 1 degree C (accurately 0 degrees, freezing).

Happy stay in Europe!
