Ali? Do presidents count as celebs? If so then there are a number who served. Do althletes count as celebs? If so then there David Robinson of the spurs (the admiral), Mike Anderson (running back for BAL) served in the Marines. I'm sure there are more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
