my friend tells me she saw on the news that the arib people are going to use a nuclear bomb to blow up new york state, but another friend of mine said that a nuclear bomb could only blow up a city and not the whole state. and is it illegal to cut sumeones balls off if they threaten to blow up ur state.

Most Atomic or Nuclear Weapons have 90 mile radius kill zone.(I'm not up on all the latest improvements, if you wish to call them that) However, fallout can claim even more lives outside of the kill zone.
The Iranians have threatened to expand their nuclear program, but if they are idiotic enough, I hope they realize the consequences will be world wide. Now if they have MIRVs(multiple, independent re-entry vehicle),that carry multiple warheads, then they have the capacity to destroy several cities with one missile. If they do strike and I am a casualty, no problem, I know where I am going when I die, do you?
